Dear Patients,

We at Dreamworks Dental Care would like to remind you that we are fully dedicated to your health and safety. As part of our commitment to wellness, we have the following procedures in place:

• Our office will ask a few screening questions and secure a forehead temperature reading for our records.
• We ask that you wear a mask while in the office.
• Temperatures will be taken upon entry for all patients and staff.
• Air purifiers are still being used in the office.
• We sanitize all surfaces regularly.
• We use a pre-rinse before care.
• We will do our best to allow greater time between Patients to reduce waiting times for you, as well as to reduce the number of Patients in the reception area at one time.
